Contextual Marketing

Contextual advertising is a great way to reach consumers while they’re browsing content relevant to your company’s products and services. These ads appear on pages where the content – news articles, blog posts, emails, online videos and more – is determined to be contextually relevant to your marketing keywords.

Promediacorp often uses contextual advertising as a compliment to paid search marketing campaigns, ensuring that your ads appear only where audiences are likely to take an interest in your message. For example, if someone is reading about the latest trends in shoes, they’ll see ads from shoe stores and name-brand shoe companies alongside the article.

Contextual ads generate leads and conversions because the viewer has already indicated a level of interest in your product.

The advertisements are selected and placed automatically on a network of affiliated websites run by Google, Yahoo! and others. The placement is based not only on keyword relevance, but can also be tweaked to suit demographic, topical and other preferences. Contextual ads also allow for greater creativity than text-only paid search ads – including the use of images, video, and rich media.
